TERMS & CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

 

✅ Check-in & Check-out


  • Standard Check-in: 01:00 PM IST
  • Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM IST
  • Early check-in/late check-out: Subject to availability & extra charges
  • Late check-out penalty: ₹1000/hour
     

❌ Cancellation / No-Show / Amendments


  • Free cancellation if done 3 days before arrival
  • One-night charge for late cancellations or no-shows
  • 50% advance required for confirmed bookings (non-refundable in case of cancellation)
  • Refunds processed in 10–15 business days after deduction
     

👶 Children & Extra Person Charges


  • Below 5 years: Free stay (cribs subject to availability)
  • 5–10 years: Extra charges apply
  • 10+ years: Charged as adult
  • Extra person: ₹500 (T&C apply)
     

🆔 Guest Identification


  • All guests above 5 years must present valid photo ID
    (Accepted: Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License)
    PAN card is NOT accepted
     

🛎️ Room & Services Policy


  • Room rates exclude room service, minibar, snacks, telephone 
  • Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (in-room service extra)
  • No outside food, visitors, or smoking in rooms
     

🚫 Rights & Liability


  • Right to Admission reserved
  • Guests must maintain safety, hygiene, decorum
  • Hotel not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
  • Damages to property are chargeable
     

💳 PAYMENT TERMS


  • Payment accepted via: Credit Card / UPI / Bank Transfer / Demand Draft
  • Pre-authorization required at check-in
  • Applicable taxes extra as per govt. norms
  • Special deals may be non-refundable/non-changeable
     

⚖️ GENERAL POLICIES


  • Outside food/drinks prohibited
  • Guests liable for damage to hotel assets
  • Use in-room safes for valuables
  • Valet parking at guest’s risk
     

🔍 Lost & Found


  • Items held for 3 months
  • Valid ID required for collection
     

⚠️ Force Majeure


Hotel not liable for:

  • Travel delays
  • Natural calamities
  • Civil unrest
  • Govt. actions
     

✏️ Modifications & Indemnity


  • Policies subject to change without notice
  • Guests indemnify hotel against liabilities during their stay
